FUNDRAISING
The Choral Boosters
Organization will sponsor two fundraising opportunities to help students defray
their Spring Trip expenses. Currently
scheduled are fruit sales which will commence the end of September and Virginia
Diners which will commence toward the end of the semester. It is possible to earn enough money to cover
the costs of the Spring Trip through the fundraisers.
Additionally, the
department sponsors a series of Music in the Parks Festival three weekends in
the Spring to raise money for the department.
Both parents and students are needed to fill various positions each
weekend. This has proven to be a
socially lucrative activity; so much fun, actually, that former students and
parents request to be given opportunities to participate. Dates will be forthcoming in plenty of time
for you to plan.
